Kandasamy is the film which has Vikram and Shreya in the lead. The film is directed by Susi Ganesan. Kalai Puli Dhanu is producing this film.

This film is the one of the costliest film to be made in Tamil cinema history. The film was supposed to be released this month but since lot of graphic has to be done due to super hero story, the release of this film is postponed to August.

Devi Shri Prasad has composed the music. Vikram has sung all the songs. N K Ekambaram has handled the camera. A song with the lines India Ponnuthango Italy Kannuthango written by Viveka was shot in Italy at a famous jewellery shop.

Shreya featured in this dance sequence. The owner along with his family happened to witness the shooting. On seeing Shreya dance, the owner got thrilled and gifted with her with a costliest diamond studded slipper worth Rs 5 ½ Lakhs. Shreya says this is the costliest gift she had ever received from a fan.

Vedigundu Murugesan is a film produced under the banner Annamalai Films. This film has Pasupathy and Jyotirmayi in the lead.

This film will hit the screens on July 3rd. Director Murthi while speaking about this film said,” In this film Vadivelu can be called as another hero. There is so much significance in his role. He had given extra dates and had acted in this film.

In his previous films Vadivelu would have got the beating but in this film he hits the other people and creates problems for others. He has donned the role called Alert Arumugam. He is a thief and a don.

Pasupathy has so far not acted with intimacy with the heroines in his earlier films but in this film he had acted intimately with the heroine Jyotirmayi. This film is not a comedy film. This film depicts the good and bad in a common person.”

Yesterday we had great news for you regarding Pooja and Piyaa acting together in Venkat Prabhu’s ‘Goa’.

But it has been confirmed that Pooja has been replaced by Piyaa in the film Goa produced by Ocher Studios and directed by Venkat Prabhu. Jai, Premji, Vaibhav, Sneha, Hollywood actress Jessica are starring in this film. Pooja was chosen for another heroine.

But due to certain reasons she has been removed from the film. Now Piyaa will be acting in this role. Piyaa had earlier acted in Aegan and Poi Solla Porom.

Now she is pairing with Vishnu in Bale Pandiya. Piya said,” I will be participating in Goa shooting from July 17th. Some scenes pertaining to me will be shot in Malaysia and Hong Kong. Then I will be participating in the shooting to be held in Goa.”

Sana Khan did the female lead role in Silambattam. Now she is pairing with Bharath in Thambiku Indha Ooru. She said,” I am donning the role of squash champion.

I meet Bharath when I go to Singapore to take part in squash tournament. We have recently shot these scenes and have come back from Singapore. Director Bhadri has shot two song sequences and lengthy dialogue scenes there. This is my first trip to Singapore.

I have got two jackpots in my first trip itself. I danced at the International Tamil Cinema Award Function. I also got the award for the best debut actress in the film Silambattam. But at the same time, the climate was very hot there. Daily we use to compare among ourselves that who has become darker because of the sun. In the evening we use to go around Singapore.
The next schedule of this film is to take place in Hyderabad. This film is an amalgamation of sentiment, comedy, romance and action. I am also getting lot of offers. Only after completing this film I will sign for my next film. People are asking if I am still in touch with Simbhu even after the completion of Silambattam. Simbhu is my guide and also a good friend of mine. I feel there is nothing wrong in having touch with a friend.”

Prabhu Deva and Nayanthara were mobbed by fans at a shopping mal in Dubai. Because of this there was a lot of commotion there.

Nayanthara had acted in Villu which was directed by Prabhu Deva. Love blossomed between them. When Prabhu Deva was asked about it, he said that it was his personal matter. When Nayanthara was asked about it she said that she will inform in advance about her marriage.

She has also tattooed his name in her hand. At this point it has come to notice that Prabhu Deva is visiting Nayanthara at her shooting spots. Now both of them have gone to Dubai. They have gone for shopping at a mall. Nayanthara purchased apparels, perfumes and slippers.

After this they went to another shop where lots of Tamilians were shopping. They started mobbing Nayanthara and Prabhu Deva. Both of them spoke to these people with affection. They asked the both to stand together for taking photos. But they refused to pose together. They posed separately for photos.
Many of the people took snaps on their mobile phones. They also signed autographs. Because of this the there was lot of commotion for more than half an hour. Nayanthara’s brother is working in Dubai. It seems that Nayanthara has taken Prabhu Deva to Dubai in order to introduce him to her brother.

Anjali who was in the midst of shooting of the film Retai Suzhi said,” Angadi Theru in which I had acted is going to be released shortly.

This film will be an important film in my career. I have put up a lot of effort in this film. I have given a lot of call sheet to act in this film. This film directed by Vasanthabalan will also get awards like his earlier film Veyil.

I am expecting an award for best actress for acting in this film. I was expecting this award for acting in Katradhu Tamil. But somehow I missed it. I am currently acting En Kanavu Needhanadi, Maharaja, Retai Suzhi and Thambi Vetothi Sundaram.

I will sign for future films only after completing these films. I will act in a film only if I get a good role. People are telling that Anjali acts wearing half sarees in a village girl role. I am also ready to act in modern girl roles. I am also willing to act in glamorous roles also. But I am not getting these kinds of roles.”

Bhavana says that Asal will get her a good name in Tamil. While speaking to the media she said,” I am not acting as a second heroine in the film Asal.

This is not correct. According to the story there are two heroines in this film I am one of the heroines. Usually I will agree to act in a film only if the story is good. But director Saran only told me about my character.

I agreed because I liked the role. They asked me 50 days call sheet. I adjusted the dates which I had given for other films. The shooting is taking place in Malaysia and London. Another reason for accepting this film is because it is being produced by one of the reputed production house Shivaji Productions. I am really proud to act in a film produced by them.”

Shreya who made her debut in Maazhai rose to the level of pairing with Rajnikanth. Not only in cinema, Shreya likes to be glamorous in real life also.

Even when Chief Minister was sitting on a stage, she appeared in semi clad dress which created a lot of controversy. This issue came to an end after the matter went to police. But these days a lot of changes can be seen in Shreya.

She is speaking about religious matters with her colleagues. She is buying bundles and bundles of religious books. She is always listening to devotional songs. Whenever she goes to out door locations, she goes to the temple located at that place. Every morning when she gets up she worships the sun. She is also doing Yoga regularly.

After this she meditates. She also spells out Vedic chants. How come this change? It is learnt that this change occurred when she paired with Rajnikanth in Sivaji. When she acted in this film she became closer to Rajni. At this point Rajni has taught her about religious matters and also spoke to her about the Rishis of Himalayas. There was slow transformation in her. Shreya who was doing yoga and meditation has started chanting Vedic mantras now. Recently she had gone to Himalayas to meet a Rishi. She is now chanting the mantra taught by the Rishi.
